The Black Bull is the only pub in the small village of Nateby, situated directly opposite the road leading to Swaledale. We enjoy a great location and are really easy to find! Just a short drive or a 10 minute walk from The charming town of Kirkby Stephen, we are secluded enough to "get away from the rat race!" but close to all amenities.The Black Bull is a popular destination for a meal. We serve Traditional English and also Italian food, including authentic, fresh "Stone Baked" Pizza,to eat in or Take-away.
The Black Bull Inn is easily reached from either the M6 or the A66, Great for a relaxing break, a base for a walking or cycling adventure, to break up a long journey, or simply to try our great food.
You can explore the Eden Valley, The Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks. The local area is full of lovely walks that are suitable for all abilities, and the scenery is spectacular.
